I just wanted to send you some feedback about Dan in your service department. On Monday 10/18 I had my Jeep G.C. serviced just normal stuff nothing extreme, but from the second Dan first reached out to me in the morning to let me know what needed to be done I felt as if somebody was personally concerned with my jeep. Throughout the day we spoke a couple more times and again was reassured that a great person was handling the case. Even after I picked up my Jeep, Dan helped me look through the car to try and figure out what was making an odd sound (turned out to be a marble my son dropped under the back seat) for a half hour poking around with magnets and flashlights. He very easily could have told me to schedule a new appointment or just tell me what to do on my own, but instead he took the time to help me personally. While I regret not buying my Jeep from your location I will continue to have all needed services performed with your team and when the time comes to purchase something else, I will be at your door.
